Knix, the intimate apparel brand, wanted to better understand and engage customers across the US and Canada while delivering more personalized experiences from the moment someone opts in. To support this, Attentive’s SMS platform helped Knix manage a unified messaging strategy across both markets, with a focus on building long-term relationships in Canada and driving revenue in the US.

With Attentive, Knix added preference collection to mobile and desktop sign-up units, used custom attributes to personalize campaigns and triggered flows, and tested MMS versus SMS to optimize performance. Knix also ran conversational SMS campaigns to gather customer insights and explored omnichannel tactics like geo-targeted store invitations and back-in-stock alerts. In A/B tests, MMS drove a much higher conversion rate than SMS, validating its use for key launches and major promotions.
