To solve this, DIFF Eyewear partnered with Attentive and used Attentive’s “2-in-1” email plus text solution, leveraging the patent-pending “two-tap” sign-up to capture email and text opt-ins in a single flow.
Attentive’s implementation prompts shoppers to enter their email, then offers a 15% off reward in exchange for SMS consent; the two-tap flow pre-populates a text message so the shopper only has to tap “Send” to opt in. The result was a streamlined sign-up experience that simultaneously grew DIFF Eyewear’s email and text messaging lists and improved sign-up completion and conversion rates—driven by Attentive’s friction-reducing sign-up design.
