Prime Build, a commercial fit-out contractor operating across three Australian states with clients including Aldi, Kmart and Myers, uses Assignar to manage workplace health and safety. Spread across the east coast, Prime Build faced challenges with paper-based WHS processes—slow reporting, fragmented data and difficulty getting timely statistics from many distant sites.

Assignar implemented its fieldworker app, data visualiser and SMS features to deliver real-time incident reports, plant inductions, PPE requests, safety inspection checklists and toolbox talks to 50 fieldworkers. Assignar’s conditional workflows route follow-up actions to managers, reduced touchpoints, improved data accuracy, enabled fast weather and company alerts via bulk SMS, and after five months produced over 1,000 submitted forms.
