The University of Central Florida Office of Risk Management is responsible for protecting people and property across a campus footprint of about 1,700 acres, 66,000+ students and more than 300 buildings. The team needed a reliable, efficient way to inventory capitalized assets, perform thorough risk assessments and quickly produce up‑to‑date building data to support mitigation and insurance renewals.
