How Schweiger Dermatology Used Customer Feedback to Increase Online Reviews By 800%

Schweiger Dermatology Group, the 4th largest dermatology practice in the U.S. with 50 offices and 150+ providers, needed a systematic way to capture patient feedback, standardize care, and turn satisfied patients into public advocates. To meet that challenge they adopted an NPS-focused program and partnered with AskNicely to collect real-time patient feedback across locations.

Using AskNicely’s automated NPS surveys, workflow automation and internal emailing to capture patients soon after visits and route promoters to location-specific review links, Schweiger increased online reviews roughly 800% (from ~100 in 2017 to 900+ in 2018), doubled weekly Yelp reviews, and raised NPS from 68 to 76.6 with over 85% of reviews 4–5 stars. AskNicely’s tools also enabled faster trend detection, location-level follow-up and company-wide accountability, driving measurable gains in patient satisfaction and online reputation.
