MemorialCare Medical Foundation, a Southern California nonprofit health system, was struggling to get patients to complete post-visit RepuGen satisfaction surveys: only 22.2% clicked the survey link and just 36.3% of those completed it. The messages were sent in daily batches from an unfamiliar number, reducing recognition and timely response opportunities.
Artera partnered with RepuGen to send surveys immediately after individual appointments from the practice’s phone number (so messages came from a familiar contact) and forwarded responses to RepuGen for processing. Using Artera, MemorialCare saw clickthrough rise to 29.9% (a 35% increase) and completion rise to 45.3% (nearly a 25% increase) within a month.
