Epsilon, a global technology, data, and services company, faced the challenge of optimizing complex, multi-cloud spending across AWS, GCP, and Azure. By implementing Apptio's IBM Cloudability, Epsilon automated and enhanced its FinOps practices. The solution provided detailed rightsizing recommendations and forecasting for commitment discounts, achieving 95% coverage for GCP Committed-Use Discounts. Crucially, Apptio helped build a custom automated report for AWS MAP credits, replacing a manual Excel process. This resulted in a 200% increase in expected MAP credits from July 2024 through April 2025 and delivered significant organizational savings.
