KisanKonnect, an Agritech startup based in Navi Mumbai delivering fruits and vegetables across Mumbai and Pune, faced rising customer acquisition costs and escalating ad fraud as it tried to scale marketing across multiple ad networks. To improve user quality, control CAC and evaluate partner performance, KisanKonnect engaged AppsFlyer for measurement and attribution support, including its attribution suite and Protect360 fraud protection.

AppsFlyer implemented attribution, deep linking and raw data reporting and deployed Protect360 to detect and block fraudulent installs, while introducing KisanKonnect to higher-quality ad partners and campaign best practices. The results: non-organic growth doubled within a month, an initial 31% install fraud rate was uncovered, and fraud was reduced by 89%, enabling scaled paid media, better partner selection and lower CAC.
