Letgo, the secondhand marketplace app with more than 100 million downloads, needed a way to simplify and personalize user paths to app install and engagement while measuring return on experience (ROX) across installs, revenue, LTV and post-install events. To meet those needs, Letgo partnered with AppsFlyer and used its OneLink deep‑linking and attribution solutions to enable mobile web‑to‑app (W2A) and referral experiences that could be tested and measured.

Using AppsFlyer's OneLink and attribution, Letgo ran multiple Smart Banner variants and personalized referral campaigns (including referrer/recipient names) to A/B test W2A and referral flows and identify top performers. AppsFlyer’s solution drove a 35% acquisition uplift from Smart Banners, a 38% conversion rate on referrals with high post‑install engagement, and nearly 4 in 10 referral recipients making a purchase—giving Letgo the data to continuously optimize ROX metrics like revenue and LTV.
