La Redoute, a multi-national French fashion and home decor retailer, relaunched its mobile apps across seven countries to boost installs, engagement and purchases. To measure and optimize marketing activation and partner performance, La Redoute engaged AppsFlyer, deploying AppsFlyer's centralized analytics and deep partner integrations along with OneLink deep linking across owned, social and paid channels.
Using AppsFlyer’s integrations and OneLink, La Redoute synced partner data, added and tested partners without new SDKs, and gained source-level and lifetime-value insights that lowered CPI and improved campaign optimization. The relaunch delivered 1.7+ million app downloads (+130%), a 2.6x boost in active users, roughly +10% traffic and +10% new-customer growth, a 10-year younger average user age, and significant uplifts in conversion and retention across markets.
