Improving user acquisition and customer experience with OneLink

Letyshops, a leading cashback service in the fashion sector across Ukraine and the CIS, faced rising user acquisition costs and the need to deliver a seamless, personalized experience across many channels—particularly for a large influencer program of over 1,000 creators. To solve this, Letyshops partnered with AppsFlyer and deployed its OneLink deep linking product to ensure smooth, contextual journeys from social posts, email and offline QR placements into the app.

AppsFlyer implemented OneLink across influencer, email and QR-to-app campaigns (a 5-month effort in France, Poland, India, Spain and the CIS), using OS detection and deferred deep linking plus unbiased attribution to optimize performance. The campaign supplied unique links to 1,000+ influencers and 112 QR codes, reached almost 500 million users (385M on YouTube, 110M on Instagram), drove over 700,000 app installs, and delivered high conversion rates—25% for YouTube, 21% for Instagram and 40% for email—demonstrating AppsFlyer’s measurable impact.
