Practo, the world’s largest healthcare appointment-booking platform handling over 40 million appointments annually, needed to scale users, lift conversion rates and improve retention across dozens of paid media partners and many owned touchpoints (web, app, SMS, email, in-clinic). To gain unified attribution and marketing insights across mobile, online and offline channels, Practo partnered with AppsFlyer, leveraging AppsFlyer’s Measurement Suite, OneLink deep linking and Marketing Analytics.

AppsFlyer attributed installs and in‑app activity across media partners, enabled deferred deep linking (OneLink) for web, QR codes, SMS and email, and fed unified data into Practo’s BI via AppsFlyer’s API. This allowed a shift from CPI to CPA/retention optimization, saving over $1M in media spend within six months, tripling year‑over‑year retention and improving Day 3 retention by 250%.
