Via — through its Casas Bahia brand, one of Brazil’s largest retailers with 900+ stores and a major mobile and eCommerce presence — wanted to turn strong TikTok awareness campaigns into higher-value, in-app conversions without sacrificing profitability. To get clearer visibility into the full user journey and optimize campaigns accordingly, Via partnered with AppsFlyer and leveraged the AppsFlyer measurement suite.

Via tested TikTok’s Value Based Optimization (VBO) and In‑App Event Optimization (IAEO), using AppsFlyer to measure performance across acquisition, install and in‑app behavior; after initially testing each method separately they combined them and split investment equally. With AppsFlyer’s insights, Via increased in‑app conversion rate by 44% and exceeded ROI targets with a 55% boost.
