Rocket Studio, a Vietnamese hyper-casual game developer, faced major iOS measurement and data-visibility challenges after Apple’s SKAdNetwork (SKAN) and App Tracking Transparency (ATT) changes. AppsFlyer provided predictive metrics that translated initial 24-hour signals into projected day‑30 performance (ARPU, predicted payers, rolling retention) and communicated those values through SKAN to media partners; its incrementality testing (run with Facebook Gaming) used geography-based experiments and time-based regression to measure true ad-driven lift. Using AppsFlyer’s Predict and incrementality insights (delivered within 24 hours), Rocket Studio achieved a 6x increase in revenue and a 42% rise in day‑7 ROAS versus control campaigns.
