LOOKFANTASTIC boosts ROAS and lowers acquisition costs with AppsFlyer and Snap

LOOKFANTASTIC, one of the UK’s largest online beauty retailers, wanted to improve the quality and lifetime value of users acquired through its iOS app campaigns. The team needed a clearer, privacy-compliant way to reconcile fragmented performance data across channels and better understand which campaigns were driving retained, high-value users. To do this, LOOKFANTASTIC worked with AppsFlyer using its Single Source of Truth (SSOT) framework and advanced SRN measurement integration with Snap.

AppsFlyer helped LOOKFANTASTIC run a one-month iOS experiment in the UK comparing Snap auto-bid with tCPA bidding, giving the team unified, privacy-safe measurement and real-time insights into campaign performance. The result was a 29% reduction in CPI, a 28% drop in Day 2 CPA and a 26% drop in Day 7 CPA, while Day 2 ROAS increased by 22% and Day 7 ROAS by 20%, proving that lower acquisition costs could be paired with stronger user value.
