Marks & Spencer (M&S), the UK retailer with a major online and store presence, wanted to launch its new Fit & Style luxury womenswear service with a smooth digital booking experience. To support the in-store personal styling and alteration studio in Westfield White City and Manchester, M&S needed a trusted online scheduling partner that could connect its digital and physical customer journey.
Appointedd provided the online booking solution for M&S’s Fit & Style service, enabling customers to book appointments quickly from the website and receive tailored automated communications. The system also gave stylists the information they needed ahead of appointments. Appointedd helped M&S launch on schedule in November 2017, and within the first two months more than 600 customers booked appointments through the platform, supporting follow-up visits and a more personalized service.
