Appnovation supported the transition as Salesforce modernized its integration approach with MuleSoft.

Appnovation implemented a publish-subscribe architecture using RabbitMQ, with subscribing flows listening to queues and a single record tracked through integrations in Splunk for visibility. The team also added mandatory end-to-end testing that verified real data changes across source and target systems, improving confidence in the integration flows and helping Salesforce validate accurate data propagation across multiple systems.
