Comic Relief, the UK charity behind major campaigns like Red Nose Day and Sport Relief, needed a better way to manage hiring across both senior corporate roles and short-term campaign-based opportunities. The team wanted to improve diversity and inclusion, reduce unconscious bias, and spend more time focusing on candidate potential rather than manually comparing CVs and cover letters.
Comic Relief implemented Applied across all vacancies to support structured, role-specific applications, candidate reminders, interview scheduling, and recruitment analytics.
