Taj Hotels, a leading luxury hotel group with over 100 properties across India and an international presence, partnered with Appier to promote its loyalty program, InnerCircle. The challenge was to reach users across all screens to drive awareness and increase registrations from those most likely to book, while keeping cost-per-click (CPC) low.
Using Appier’s CrossX Ad Solutions, Taj identified high-value audiences (frequent travelers, affluent and CXO-level users) and past site visitors, expanded reach with CrossX Lookalike, and drove sign-ups with CrossX Remarketing and Frequency Capping. The campaign delivered strong results: membership registrations exceeded expectations by 113%, clicks beat the target by 146%, CPC fell 6%, and cross-screen conversions were 10% higher than single-screen.
