MAZDA Motor Taiwan partnered with Appier’s BotBonnie to run a Christmas point collection campaign on the LINE Official Account. The challenge was to attract both MAZDA owners and non-owners, grow new followers, increase LINE user sign-ups, and deepen engagement with existing users.
Using Appier’s BotBonnie and its Pre-built Marketing Kit, MAZDA deployed features like surveys, referral programs, point collection cards, push notifications, and prize redemption to create a smooth campaign journey. The 14-day campaign delivered over 4,000 check-ins and more than 2,200 account bindings, with over 23% of bound users coming through the MGM referral program.
