How AIQUA helped Funshop to leverage on-site behavior data for a better customer experience

South Korean e-commerce brand Funshop partnered with Appier to improve personalization and customer engagement. To do so, Funshop needed a better way to collect and use customer behavior data across channels, and it turned to Appier’s AIQUA to build richer audience segments and support more targeted marketing.

Appier implemented AIQUA to automatically capture on-site actions like searches, views, and purchases, enabling personalized EDMs, trigger-based push notifications, and RFM-based membership grading. The results included an average EDM open rate of 33% across 34 campaigns, a 31% click-through rate, push notification CTR of 43%, and a conversion rate 3.7 times higher than the average for the electronics and accessories online shop vertical.
