HaWooo is a Taiwan-based cross-border commerce group (est. 2015) that provides one-stop services—platform, logistics, payments, permits and marketing—to help Taiwanese brands expand into Southeast Asia. During the pandemic it faced limited overseas marketing resources, language and cultural barriers, and a lack of local user data and profiles, which made it hard to deliver personalized experiences and grow customer lifetime value.

Partnering with Appier and its AIQUA platform, HaWooo implemented AI-driven marketing automation: A/B language testing (Chinese outperformed English), dynamic cart-abandonment triggers, frequency-controlled in-web messaging, and multichannel, persona-based recommendations.
