To drive registrations, clicks and purchases, Point Town struggled with a high bounce rate and a long product-discovery process: many registered users didn’t engage with campaigns and had difficulty finding relevant discounts among numerous options.
Point Town deployed Appier’s AIQUA Journey Map to automatically welcome and engage users at different stages and AIQUA Recommendations to surface personalized campaign suggestions based on user behavior.
