GMO Media’s Point Town is a cashback shopping site where users earn points and rewards for online activities. To drive registrations, clicks and purchases, Point Town struggled with a high bounce rate and a long product-discovery process: many registered users didn’t engage with campaigns and had difficulty finding relevant discounts among numerous options.
