VodafoneZiggo, a leading Dutch telco offering video, broadband, fixed and mobile services to residential and business customers, needed to accelerate its Go Digital strategy but was held back by a legacy marketplace (Odin) that made integrations difficult, prevented product bundling, and offered no customer self‑service—slowing onboarding and limiting subscription growth.
