Rogers' Offers Business Customers Easy Access to the Tools They Need

Rogers Communications wanted to give its small business customers an easy way to find, buy, and manage complementary cloud services online while improving the overall customer experience and adding new revenue opportunities. To do this, Rogers worked with AppDirect and its platform to launch the Rogers Business App Market, with support for services like Office 365 and G-Suite, plus single billing and single sign-on.

Using AppDirect, Rogers implemented billing and SSO integrations and received migration support for existing software licenses. The result was a seamless customer transition with low operational effort, along with significant reductions in time-to-market and near-elimination of the cost of bringing new products to market, according to Rogers.
