ProsperWorks, a San Francisco–based CRM built for Google’s G Suite, needed to rapidly launch and scale a global channel program to reach new verticals and geographies. Director of Channel Sales Michael Benayoun was tasked with creating a centralized source of truth to avoid channel conflict and efficiently manage a growing roster of resellers and referral partners.
ProsperWorks implemented AppDirect’s AppReseller to automate reseller onboarding, reporting, and reconciliation, giving the company one place to manage partners. The channel grew from zero to 50 resellers across more than 100 countries, now contributing 9% of net‑new monthly recurring revenue (MRR), while speeding partner onboarding and enabling further expansion into other partner types.
