How Swisscom Improved their User Experience with Mobile Scanning

Swisscom, a leading provider of network infrastructure and electronic signature services, needed a secure, user-friendly way to onboard customers and enable Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) through its Swisscom RA App. To simplify identity verification and reduce friction in the registration flow, Swisscom partnered with Anyline to add mobile ID scanning of passports and ID cards.
