Sheffield City Council, the local authority for the City of Sheffield, faced the challenge of delivering services amid funding constraints. ANS migrated the council's applications and data centre to Microsoft Azure and provided 24/7 co-managed support. Under a managed services agreement, ANS also manages the council's data platform and provides a 24/7/365 Security Operations Centre (SOC). This solution from ANS is a key driver of the council's data strategy, helping it gain a holistic view of its customers to enable better service delivery.
