ISS, a world leader in business services for cleaning, facilities maintenance, and logistics, has worked with Andjaro since 2018 to support internal mobility across its organization. Facing the need to optimize staffing, reduce internal costs, and help part-time employees find additional assignments, ISS used Andjaro’s platform across its multi-site operations.

Andjaro provided a management platform for reallocating staff between ISS sites based on demand, allowing overstaffed locations to make available employees and understaffed sites to quickly fill gaps with suitably matched workers. The result was 150 equipped sites, increased mobility, more flexible team sizing for managers, better use of employees trained in ISS procedures, and improved employee satisfaction through additional hours and experience.
