ENGIE Ineo, a subsidiary of the Engie group specializing in energy transition solutions, faced fluctuating activity across its agencies. Some branches had low workloads and risked employee demotivation, while others were overloaded and struggling to meet customer demand. ENGIE Ineo began working with Andjaro in October 2017 and used its workforce-sharing platform across nearly 50 sites.

Andjaro provided a workforce loan management platform that let branch managers post skill-based staffing needs and second employees to other branches as required. The solution generated more than 2,000 secondment days in a few months across 40 agencies, expanded to 50 equipped sites and 3,000 employees, and improved collaboration, staffing flexibility, employee motivation, and skills development across ENGIE Ineo.
