Elior, a leader in catering for companies and healthcare in France, began working with Andjaro in June 2016 to improve employee mobility across sites. Using the Andjaro platform, Elior aimed to better adapt team sizes to changing activity levels, give employees opportunities to gain experience at other locations, and reduce dependence on temporary workers.

With Andjaro’s management platform for reallocating staff between sites, Elior enabled restaurant managers to second available employees in-house before turning to temp agencies. The rollout covered 1,200 restaurants and 8,000 employees, increased mobility within and between divisions, and drove a 50% rise in secondments, while helping Elior manage temporary fluctuations in real time and improve employee satisfaction.
