Dalkia, a subsidiary of the EDF Group and one of France’s leading energy services companies, worked with Andjaro to optimize staffing across its operational units. With 15,500 employees in France, Dalkia needed a better way to manage staffing fluctuations, help managers quickly find qualified people for specific local assignments, and keep short-term employees engaged through internal mobility opportunities.

Andjaro implemented an easy-to-use in-house mobility management platform that gave operational managers direct access to a pool of qualified, willing employees, while also showing employees new assignment options at the end of their contracts. This created a faster link between staffing supply and demand and helped Dalkia strengthen its internal mobility culture and improve retention, although the case study does not provide specific numeric results.
