Crèche Attitude, an organisation specialising in the creation and management of nurseries for companies and local authorities, needed a better way to encourage in-house mobility and quickly cover staffing gaps across its network. Working with Andjaro, the group aimed to help under-staffed nurseries supplement their teams while also filling part-time roles with willing employees and retaining them.

Andjaro implemented its real-time platform for managing secondments and part-time positions, enabling nursery managers to mobilize available staff and HR teams to better oversee workforce allocation. The results included 50 nurseries equipped, 600 employees enabled on the platform, and the creation of a mobile replacement team, leading to increased mobility, stronger mutual assistance between nurseries, satisfied employees, and additional hours and experience for staff.
