Carrier, a global provider of building and cold chain solutions, faced a challenge with its decentralized and fragmented talent acquisition across EMEA. This led to inconsistent processes, heavy agency reliance, and a need to build a more strategic HR function. They partnered with vendor AMS to implement an EMEA Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution to create a consistent, scalable approach.

AMS implemented a comprehensive RPO solution, deploying a team of over 40 supporting 16 languages and utilizing a suite of technologies including the Workday ATS and proprietary tools like Pocket Recruiter. The results were significant, with a harmonized global process rolled out across 33 countries, a reduced reliance on agencies, and the delivery of actionable data insights. This transformational change won the Outstanding Impact Transformation & Change award at The Firm Awards 2022.
