AMS implemented a comprehensive RPO solution, deploying a team of over 40 supporting 16 languages and utilizing a suite of technologies including the Workday ATS and proprietary tools like Pocket Recruiter. The results were significant, with a harmonized global process rolled out across 33 countries, a reduced reliance on agencies, and the delivery of actionable data insights. This transformational change won the Outstanding Impact Transformation & Change award at The Firm Awards 2022.
