Delta Air Lines, an RPO client of AMS since 2019, faced the challenge of elevating its talent acquisition managers to become strategic leaders. The goal was to equip this group to handle a high-profile, company-wide relaunch of inclusive hiring training and to shift the TA function from a transactional service to a value-adding strategic partner. They needed to develop specific capabilities in project and stakeholder management to meet these evolving business objectives.
AMS designed and delivered a tailored, multi-module Masterclass program focused on project management best practices for a TA environment. The solution provided practical skills and a library of branded templates, enabling immediate application. The impact for AMS's client was significant: the inclusive hiring program was accelerated by more than two months, thousands of hiring leaders will receive the training, and participants highly rated the program. AMS also transferred all materials to Delta for future internal use.
