BNP Paribas Securities Services, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, needed to add cognitive and automation capabilities to its client-facing digital channels as part of its broader digital transformation. To stay competitive in financial services and improve the experience across its NeoLink and PlanetShares portals, the company turned to Amelia, using its “NOA” (NextGen Online Assistant) solution to provide secure, on-demand support for clients in multiple languages.

Amelia implemented NOA to automate high-volume client service tasks, guide users through trade re-submissions, and provide personalized information and assistance on both portals. The solution improved 24/7 access to information and services, helped support compliance through scaled automation, and freed human agents to focus on more complex and higher-value requests. The PlanetShares deployment was scheduled for June 2019, with NeoLink planned for 2020.
