To better respond to changing behavior and improve retention, O2 worked with Amdocs and its Engage solution, along with related consulting and managed services.
Amdocs implemented a personalized marketing platform that used customer data, machine learning, and lifecycle profiling to deliver the right offers and messages at the right time. Amdocs helped O2 plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, resulting in a 3–5% lift in Pay As You Go performance and a positive impact on customer satisfaction, while also supporting reduced churn.
