Epilepsy Action Australia is a national not‑for‑profit founded in 1952 that provides education, support and specialist services to people living with epilepsy. Facing a cumbersome, manual dialing process for its fundraising and helpline activities, the organisation needed a more efficient contact centre solution to save time and boost revenue.
