The American Academy of Art, a Chicago-based institution training commercial and fine artists since 1923, needed to boost student recruitment but was constrained by manual dialing and a narrow contact window (3:30–9:00 p.m.). Admissions staff wanted a more efficient, automated way to reach more prospects and convert contacts into appointments and enrollments.
The Academy implemented Noble Systems’ predictive dialing and desktop tools, integrated with its AT&T phone system and internal database, to automate calling, manage lead lists, and monitor performance. Within months the school reduced its dials-to-appointment ratio from 30:1 to 20:1 and increased weekly scheduled appointments from about 35 to 42, with further gains expected as staff adopt the system.
