Alpha helped WellMatch run rapid prototype and concept tests across dozens of niche audiences, giving the team fast feedback to prioritize features, improve usability, and align stakeholders. The impact included more than 100 experiments per year, testing of 50+ niche audiences per month, and significantly improved product usage and user experience; in one example, Alpha revealed that only 25% of users understood a proposed web portal design, prompting a redesign that better matched consumer expectations.
