Hydraloop, a company that reduces water consumption with decentralized water-recycling systems, needed a way to scale through local and regional partners across the Netherlands, Middle East, and the US. With multilingual, live documents previously managed via Adobe Robohelp, Hydraloop struggled to ensure partners always had the latest materials and wanted a partner platform that enabled easy access, co-branding, and global sales monitoring. Hydraloop selected Allbound’s partner platform to address these challenges.

Allbound implemented a centralized partner portal that links to Hydraloop’s Adobe-hosted documents, provides a mirrored CRM to share and monitor deals, and supports co-branding and multi-language access. The result: onboarding time for a new partner dropped to 30 minutes, Hydraloop now has 125 partners and 237 users on Allbound, many of whom use the platform daily, and the company can track partner engagement and support sales activity directly through Allbound.
