Cambium Networks, a global provider of fixed wireless and Wi‑Fi solutions that relies on its channel for over 98% of sales, needed a scalable way to manage more than 8,000 partners, support market segmentation and program benefits, and automate partner applications, deal registration, MDF, content, marketing and gamification. After an extensive search for a robust partner portal/PRM, Cambium selected Allbound to deliver a centralized, scalable partner experience.

Allbound integrated with Cambium’s CRM and rolled out a partner portal and PRM features (including deal visibility for distributors, CPQ support, automated engagement and channel marketing tools) at an affordable cost—reported as a third of the prior expense. The platform drove immediate engagement: in the first week more than 2,000 partner logins and nearly 2,000 content/resource interactions, with sustained increases in partner activity, program benefit usage, and overall partner-driven sales growth for Cambium.
