Why WPS Health solutions Puts member experience first

WPS Health Solutions, a not-for-profit health insurer, faced a challenge of moving beyond assumptions to truly understand member sentiment and improve engagement across beneficiaries and stakeholders. To address this, WPS partnered with Alida and launched an insights community using Alida Sparq to gather targeted feedback and secure organizational buy-in, metrics, and a scalable approach.

Using Alida Sparq, WPS implemented a closed-loop insights community—starting small, tracking key metrics, and following up with members to drive engagement and advocacy. The Alida-powered program has already improved data-driven decision making at WPS, validated or corrected organizational assumptions, and set a roadmap to scale the community to as many as 1,000 active members while expanding participation to agents, brokers, and employees.
