Ministry Health Care, a health system with 6,100 benefits-eligible employees, needed a way to deliver personalized benefits information around the clock to staff working varied shifts and locations. They also had to clearly explain a new high-deductible health plan (HDHP) with an HSA option that many employees were unfamiliar with.

By deploying ALEX, Ministry provided on-demand, personalized benefits guidance and achieved 6,700 unique visits (110% participation), with 97% of surveyed employees finding the medical module helpful. Enrollment in the new HSA was twice the team’s projection, and employees even shared ALEX with family members, broadening engagement.
