Rexnord deployed ALEX to simplify and personalize benefits communications, using it in new-hire orientation and during qualifying life events to reduce HR workload and provide an on-demand resource for employees. The tool was widely embraced—99% of surveyed employees found the medical module helpful and 98% found the tax-savings module helpful—and staff reported clearer understanding of plan options.
