Extra Space Storage, a major self-storage company with a geographically dispersed workforce, faced a significant challenge in engaging its employees about their benefits options. Using ALEX, the vendor provided a tailored and accessible tool that allowed employees to understand their benefits on their own time. This solution helped double HDHP enrollments, increasing participation from 30% to 65%. Furthermore, 85% of surveyed employees reported a better understanding of their benefits, and the tool received over 8,000 visits from its 3,100 eligible employees, demonstrating high engagement.
