Researchscape International, an agile survey-research consultancy, grew 31% in 2022 and needed to scale without hiring. To meet that challenge they built ResearchStory Enterprise exclusively on the Alchemer Platform, leaning into automation to handle high volume — launching about 50 surveys in a month — and to automate survey programming, data cleansing, translation, and fraud checks.

By using Alchemer’s flexible API and Lua scripting, Researchscape automated many aspects of survey build and analysis (pushing data to Alchemer, pulling responses back, detecting location/time fraud, and calling machine translation), enabling customers to provide simple outlines while ResearchStory programs the rest. The result: Researchscape can run 50+ surveys monthly without added headcount and has cut analysis time from days to hours, outcomes they attribute directly to the capabilities of the Alchemer platform.
