Alchemer surveys are deployed for event registration, support, recruitment, employee engagement and in-experience app feedback, and the Salesforce integration automatically creates cases and alerts the recruitment team when installer candidates complete the site survey. As a result, Hunter Douglas runs more than two dozen surveys concurrently, accelerated onboarding with always-on automation, used feedback to build an iPad selling app and deliver a more polished sales launch event, and can quickly identify and fix product or content issues — all enabled by Alchemer.
