RetailMeNot, one of the U.S.’s largest coupon and savings sites with about 16 million customers, needed a faster, scalable way to collect web feedback after relying on an internal survey metric. Already using Alchemer Mobile since 2015, RetailMeNot partnered with Alchemer to pilot Alchemer Web to enable micro-targeted, efficient survey engagement on their website.
By deploying Alchemer Web, RetailMeNot captured over 3,000 NPS responses in the first three days and averaged roughly 1,000 responses per day with a 9.6% response rate; research showed 82% of respondents prefer more than a day’s notice about promotions. Alchemer’s Web (together with Alchemer Mobile) delivered product and promotional insights that informed product decisions, targeted outreach, and improved customer communication and retention.
