How ESD 113 Uses Alchemer for Everything from Art Shows to Meeting State Mandates

Educational Service District 113 (ESD 113) needed a simple, secure way to meet Washington OSPI’s mandate to communicate with parents in a language they understand and to gather feedback from parents, students, and staff across five counties. They adopted Alchemer’s survey/forms platform to build multilingual surveys, referral forms, and program feedback without creating duplicate data sets.

Alchemer let ESD 113 publish the same survey in English and Spanish and toggle between responses, forward completed forms via automatic email/PDF notifications, and push results to Google Sheets in real time (about three seconds). The platform enabled virtual art-show judging during COVID, merged two Google Forms into one Alchemer form—saving hours of work—and streamlined referrals and staff surveys across 450 employees and a service area of five counties (over 540,000 people). Using Alchemer reduced manual data merging, improved routing of responses, and sped access to actionable data.
